The People’s Speak Out for Right to Land and Life is part of the International Festival for Peoples’ Rights and Struggles (IFPRS) held on July 5-6, 2011 in the Philippines. The pre-4th International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS) activity is the only mass action during the two-day festival.

We would like to inform you that the People’s Coalition on Food Sovereignty ( PCFS), APC and KMP is organizing an International Fact Finding Mission in the northern province of the Philippines on the biggest agro-fuel plantation project in the country once completed. Nurseries have already been set up and the agro-fuel plant is already being constructed. The project is a joint project by a Filipino and Japanese Firm.
